These Terms of Service govern use of the QTM Group website operated by QTM GROUP LLC, a company registered in Armenia. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful business, informational and inquiry purposes.

2. Website Content

The website provides information about industrial belts, conveyor belts, power transmission products, partner brands, industries served and QTM Group’s regional support. Product information is provided for general guidance only and does not create a binding quotation, technical guarantee or supply commitment.

Final product suitability, specifications, availability, price, delivery terms and warranty terms must be confirmed in writing by QTM Group or the relevant manufacturer.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use this website to:

• submit false, misleading, unlawful or malicious information;
• upload files that contain malware, viruses or unlawful material;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, forms, B2B portal or related systems;
• copy, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the website or its security;
• misuse QTM Group contact forms, email links or product identification tools for spam or unrelated solicitation;
• infringe the rights of QTM Group, partner brands or third parties.

4. B2B Access

Any B2B login or customer portal access is intended only for authorized business users. QTM Group may approve, refuse, suspend or remove B2B access where necessary for security, business, compliance or operational reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All website design, text, structure, graphics and QTM Group branding are owned by or licensed to QTM GROUP LLC, unless otherwise stated. QTM Group logos and materials may not be copied, modified or used without permission.

Partner names, logos, product names, product images, trademarks and technical materials, including those associated with Megadyne, Ammeraal Beltech, Sampla, Continental / ContiTech, Wilhelm Herm. Müller, BRECO and BRECOFLEX, remain the property of their respective owners.

The website may link to partner manufacturer websites, product data sheets, videos or other third-party resources. QTM Group is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory laws in another jurisdiction apply. Courts of the Republic of Armenia shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this website, subject to any mandatory consumer, privacy or trade-law rights that may apply in another country.
